‘How I Met Your Mother’ Season 9 Spoilers: Titles Revealed & Ted Not Meeting 'Mother' Until Episode 16? [VIDEO]
Titles surfaced online recently for nearly all of How I Met Your Mother's first 20 episodes in its final season, including the highly anticipated episode where Ted finally meets his future wife.
Episode 16's title, How Your Mother Met Me, is one of a few new titles revealed on the Web, according to Spoiler TV.
The season kicks off with The Locket and the following five episodes are reportedly to be titled, Coming Back, The Broken Code, Last Time in New York, The Poker Game and No Questions Asked. Episode 8 was to be titled The Lighthouse, followed by Mom and Dad and Rehearsal Dinner.
Some of the titles changed have recently while others were pushed back to later dates. Mom and Dad was bumped back to episode 11 and replaced with Platonish, while Rehearsal Dinner is now episode 13.
Other titles include Episode 10, Bass Player Wanted; Episode 14, Slapsgiving 3; Episode 18, Sunrise; and Episode 20, Daisy.
It was previously revealed that Lily would be the first to meet Cristin Milotti's "mother" character when the two take a train to Barney and Robin's wedding in Farhampton. The rest of the gang will reportedly meet the mother before Ted did, which seems to be more truthful now that fans probably won't expect for Ted to meet her until episode 16.
How I Met Your Mother premieres Sept. 23 at 8:00 p.m. on CBS. Check out a promo below.
