'Dancing With The Stars' 2013 Season 17, Week 2 Elimination Results Recap VIDEO: Keyshawn Johnson First Star Kicked Off
Former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson on Monday was the first contestant eliminated on Dancing With The Stars season 17 in the second week of competition.
The ESPN analyst was in the Bottom Two with comedian Bill Engvall.
Johnson performed the cha-cha-cha on the Sept. 16 season premiere and earned to the second to lowest score of the night. Bill "The Science Guy" Nye earned the lowest score. The results were based on a combination of the judges' scores and votes from viewers.
After his elimination, Johnson said he was happy he had the experience of being in the dance competition.
"For a guy that's never even bobbed his head in a car, I think the fact that I could have the experience to dance and learn what dancing is all about, and (partner) Sharna (Burgess) teaching me is something amazing to me," Johnson told DWTS co-host Brooke Charvet. "I don't really care at this point about whether we win or lose. It's just the fact that I had the opportunity to learn from her. I think she's an amazing choreographer and her time will come. I wish I could have done more to help her out."

Before the eliminations were announced, each couple danced a new routine for the judges to vote on and for viewers at home to review and consider.
