'Homeland' Season 3 Spoilers: Saul Continues to Betray Carrie in Upcoming Episodes? [VIDEO]
Homeland fans shocked by Saul's (Mandy Patinkin) behavior in Sunday's season 3 premiere should expect more of that in the coming episodes.
Saul, who had always been a trusted ally of Carrie (Claire Danes), told the Senate Select Committee that she was bipolar and having a sexual relationship with Brody (Damian Lewis). Since Brody was presumed to be behind the bombing at Langley that killed 219 agents,
Saul's statements put the blame on Carrie, suggesting that she helped him with the bombing by helping him gain access to CIA headquarters, despite Saul knowing that this is not true. A new report by E!Online states that Saul will betray Carrie again in the next few episodes.
The report claims that Saul will do something much worse to Carrie at the end of the second episode. What Saul does will be so extreme that Carrie might never regain his trust ever again.
Carrie will also be confronting the journalist who wrote the story about her relationship with Brody to try and figure out who leaked the details. What she finds out will be surprising.
