'CSI' Spoilers Season 14: Casino Robbery and Snake Venom Death Leaves Las Vegas Team Stumped VIDEO
It's back to business as usual for the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation crew.
Although the season 14 premiere had its rather shocking twists and turns, Morgan (Elisabeth Harnois) is now back with the Las Vegas team and new case involving high stakes poker, a robbery, and murder has landed in their lap when "Take the Money and Run" begins.
As the second episode opens, several pedestrians admiring performers on Fremont Street have their nice evening spoiled when the death of a motorcyclist turn the block into a crime scene, according to a photo posed by the CSI Writers' Room.
Considering the man had just robbed a casino and made off with over $1 million, the investigators expect to find some cash when they arrive on sight. However, a new sneak peek reviles that all the intrepid detectives uncover is some badly counterfeited cash and a bunch of fake chips.
On top of this, the supposed cause of death was a gunshot wound inflicted by police. Upon further inspection, it turns out that the doomed thief was really poisoned by snake venom. Now it is up to D. B. Russell (Ted Danson) and Co. to find the cash and catch the killer.
CSI airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
