'Bones' Season 9 Spoilers: PHOTO of Brennan's Wedding Dress Ahead of Episode 6, 'The Woman in White' [VIDEO]
The first photo of Bones' big wedding of Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) were released this week.
The photo features Brennan being given away by her father (Ryan O'Neal) at the wedding. The exclusive TV Guide photo features Brennan in a $4,800 off-white gown by Romona Keveza, a dress Deschanel picked out herself.
Deschanel told TV Guide that Brennan has thought about her dream wedding for years, and now it's finally coming true.
"In a previous episode, Brennan shows [maid of honor] Angela [(Michaela Conlin)] a picture of a wedding dress she found in a magazine when she was 8 years old," Deschanel said. "So the dress had to look like something that would have appealed to young Brennan before she went through all the death stuff. Even though her life changed, she still held on to this dream, and I think that's wonderful!"
The episode, titled The Woman in White, will be the sixth in Bones' ninth season. It will air Monday, Oct. 21 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
As for what viewers can expect before the special wedding episode, Fox sent out a press release recently for episode 5, titled The Lady on the List.
In the episode, the team will investigate the murder of Charlie McCord (Steven Eckholdt), a high school principal who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. The team finds a video of Charlie punching UFC fighter Chuck Lidell (guest-starring as himself) in the face and are led to Charlie's bucket list.
At the same time, Booth and Brennan will be busy planning out their wedding while Sweets may be replaced by a "virtual profiling system" at the team's office. The episode airs Monday, Oct. 14 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
