The Blacklist is starting to embrace the case-of-the-week format, and the extreme criminal of the episode will be a Chinese spy.

The series' third episode, "Wujing," will see Raymond 'Red' Reddington (James Spader) continue to reveal dangerous criminals to FBI profiler Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone) while the later continues to wonder about his motives. The next criminal on Reddington's list is Wunjing, a Chinese spy that Red previously helped decode and American transmission, according to Spoiler TV.

In the meantime, Keen must deal with trying to uncover the true identity of her husband and deal with the ill will of her new coworkers who are suspicious of Reddington's motives for wanting to speak only to her.

"In the beginning of the story, mostly what she's doing is out of self-preservation," Boone told IGN of her character. "She has a lot of things to contend with: what he exposes about her life, what his presence in her life means for what her life has meant thus far, and why is he there? This is the new job that she wanted to do a good job at, and yet she's in a position where they need her, but they don't trust her because of what's happening."

Find out how Reddington's next move will play out when The Blacklist airs on Monday at 10 p.m. on NBC.
