NCIS: Los Angeles is taking a page from the Fast and the Furious for season 5's "Omni."

As the team works to uncover what led to the death of a biotech head honcho and discover who may have compromised a vaccine project, Kensi (Daniela Ruah) will be taking to the racetrack in one of Hetty's (Linda Hunt) most prized possessions, according to Spoiler TV.

New Behind the Scenes Photos, Bomb Squad and Gunfights for NCIS: LA 'Fallout'

Scripted by long-time Hawaii Five-O veteran Kyle Harimoto and directed by Larry Teng ("Kill House"), the episode will feature shots from Irwindale Speedway. However, pictures posted during production hint at a bit of action taking place on the regular two-lane blacktop.

"What's gonna happen to this baby...?" tweeted producer John P. Kousakis along with a photo of a tractor trailer.

While the intrepid detectives work to solve the case, Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) will be struggling to adjust to life back on the job. Last episode it looked like the suffering agent may not make it back to NCIS, and while both Hetty and operational psychologist Nate Getz (Peter Cambor) both tried to get him back on his feet, it was really a visit from his partner that did the trick.

However, Nate has already told Hetty that Kensi and Deeks may be getting a little too close. While Deeks describing their partnership as a 'love story' may be exciting for Densi shippers, it remains to be seen how this advancement will effect their working relationship.
