'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' Season 6: Dina Manzo To Return, Jacqueline Laurita Fired & 2 New Housewives, Who Are They? [REPORT]
There have been several cast changes made to the next season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
According to All Things Real Housewives, Dina Manzo's rumored return has been confirmed and Jacquelien Laurita is definitely out.
"Dina Manzo is back and has officially signed on with Bravo for the new season," the show source told Allthingsrh.com.
"Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga are also returning in their regular roles," added the insider. "Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri are both returning part-time, and their time on the show will be split. Jacqueline Laurita will not be returning to the show, not even as a part-time Housewife."
Kathy Wakile said in a recent interview she thinks Manzo's return is a great idea-- as it would take away some of the focus on Giudice's ongoing feud with her sister-in-law Gorga, she said. Their storyline has been front and center for the past 3 seasons. Wakile said she gets along with Manzo, so she looks forward to filming with her.
"It's tiresome and I'm over it," Wakile told Wetpaint. "I'm over all the drama with our family."
A show insider reportedly described Manzo's as-yet-confirmed return to Huffington Post as the "onion [being] unpeeled next season on RHONJ."
Bravo is currently testing a pair of twin sisters from New Jersey for casting consideration, according to an earlier report from All Things Reality Housewives.
A show insider told the website that Nicole Napolitano and her sister Teresa Napolitano Aprea are "currently test shooting with Bravo right now to see if they will work as full-time Housewives."
Faux Reality Ent repored the twins from Colt Neck, NJ and are in the running because they are "affluent, beautiful and intelligent women with strong family values."
"Teresa Napolitano Aprea and her husband are well known in philanthropic circles in New Jersey, said Faux Reality's source. "Nicole owns a Dairy Queen and is extremely successful. Teresa and Nicole are '40ish' and twins. Family is everything to these two."
Bravo has yet to confirm or deny the reports.
