With Sons of Anarchy's Charlie Hunnam now out of the Christian Grey picture, White Collar's Matt Bomer is reportedly his most likely replacement.

According to Mirror, several Fifty Shades of Grey enthusiasts to the tune of 87,000, have been pulling for the 35-year-old via petition on Change.org.

To top it off, the U.K's betting site, Ladbrokes, stated that "bookies agree, with Bomer," who is no stranger to stripping, as he did so in Magic Mike and is "currently at odds of 6/1 to replace Hunnam in the lead role."

"As Hunnam's tied up with TV work fans have been whipped into a betting frenzy, and the odds suggest they'll get their man second time round with Matt Bomer as Mr. Grey," stated the site.

Interestingly enough, Ladbrokes has Peaker Blinders' Cilian Murphy right behind the TV mainstay at 7/1 odds, while The Vampire Diaries' Ian Somerhalder in third at 8/1.

Prior to Hunnam's decision to exit due to scheduling reasons, Bomer had dished to ETonline that he was grateful for the fans support.

"I'm so grateful for the fans and touched. I'm looking forward to seeing the movie with Charlie and Dakota."

The Fifty Shades of Grey movie is scheduled to come out on Aug. 1, 2014. Only time will truly tell who nabs the role of the S&M-crazed billionaire. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest details.
