The doctors are Seattle's Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital will question if zombies are real or not in Grey's Anatomy's season 10 Halloween episode, airing Thursday, Oct. 31.

The show released a sneak peek from the all-new episode titled Thriller, which poses the question, "Are zombies real?" April Kepner (Sarah Drew) does not think so and tries to convince a patient of the same thing. The man on the table begs to differ and coming into the hospital with blood on his face and a petrified look on his face, he at one point jumps from the table and one doctor is shown leaning over him.

The clip has an eerie feel to it and had one Instagram user asking "Since when they Grey's turn into Walking Dead?"

Grey's Anatomy executive producer Shonda Rimes said about the Halloween episode "[It's]is one of my favorite episodes ever!"

Jason George will return to the medical drama in the episode as Miranda Bailey's husband, Ben Warren. He will work with Derek Shepard (Patrick Dempsey) on an innovative surgical technique.

ABC released an official synopsis of Thriller:

"It's Halloween and the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial are hit with a barrage of spooky patients, which affects their own plans and puts one doctor's well-being in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Derek collaborates with Ben on a new surgical technique, and Richard angers Bailey when he asks a second year resident to perform his next surgery."
