Aaron Taylor-Johnson has been added to the all-star cast of Marvel's The Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass) has reportedly signed a deal to play Quicksilver in the upcoming Avengers sequel, according to a new report by TheWrap. The actor has long been rumored to be playing Quicksilver in the highly anticipated film.

Quicksilver, whose real name is Pietro Maximoff, is the son of X-Men villain Magneto and will be one of two new superheroes introduced in Age of Ultron. Quicksilver's sister Wanda Maximoff a.k.a. the Scarlet Witch will also be introduced. Actress Elisabeth Olson will play the Scarlet Witch.

Magneto will not be appearing in Marvel's The Avengers: Age of Ultron. Quicksilver is being played by Evan Peters (American Horror Story) in the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past.
