'The Walking Dead' Most Shocking Deaths Up Until Season 4; Includes Andrea, Lori, Shane & More!
With the overwhelming popularity of a TV series clearly comes the price of attachment, as fans are sometimes forced to watch their favorite characters bite the dust.
Such is the case with AMC's hit zombie show, The Walking Dead, which not only has garnered a large and loyal fan base, but has also racked up its fair share of principal character deaths.
Due to the world of the program, it's only appropriate that Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the rest of the ever so changing group trying to both survive and live during the zombie apocalypse.
However, with that said, fans have grown loyal to some of the various characters who have met their demise, especially the likes of Andrea (Laurie Holden), T-Dog (IronE Singleton), Shane (Jon Bernthal), and Merle (Michael Rooker), to name a handful.
The above-posted slideshow, which is based on the deaths that have occurred up until season 4, reveals some of the respective characters mentioned, as well as four others that have surely tugged on their loyalists' heartstrings.
AMC's The Walking Dead is currently in its fourth season, airing every Sunday at 9/8 p.m. Central Time on the AMC network. Next up for the program will be its fourth episode, titled Indifference. The brand new installment is set to launch on Nov. 3.
