When Nicki Minaj appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show back in September, her sexy outfit left such a mark on Ellen, that she decided to be the rapper for Halloween!

Minaj showed up to the show wearing no bra, an unbuttoned cropped jacket and leather pants. DeGeneres was so intrigued by the raunchy look that replicated the now-infamous outfit for Halloween.

"This year I decided to go as something really scary ... half-naked," DeGeneres joked during her opening monologue, which aired Thursday. "Of course, I'm Nicki Minaj. Nicki was on the show a few weeks ago and her shirt was not ... she took our show from PG to double D, that's what she did!"

DeGeneres had the look down packed--with a custom cropped jacket and a body suit that revealed boobs the same size as Minaj's. She even wore a blonde weave.

The host made fun of her costume, calling her breasts her "boom booms" and her butt, "super bass" before showing off her twerking skills.

"I got the whole look down. I even have the same shoes on. I think I do -- I can't see my feet -- but I think I do," DeGeneres joked. "I normally don't wear things this sexy, but when you dress as Nicki Minaj you have to. So here are my boom booms and my super bass," she said, referring to Minaj's "Super Bass" song.

"And in case you're wondering these are real," she added, showing off her cleavage. "It's all real."
