Heidi Montag Pratt Plastic Surgery 2013: Breast Reduction Surgery VIDEO, Went From F To D Cup After Health Issue
After enduring a controversial and staggering 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day in 2010, Heidi Montag Pratt had a breast reduction.
The former Hills star opened up about the medical problems she experienced after she had a second breast augmentation that increased her breast size to a F cup three years ago. She said she had to have her breast implants reduced to a smaller size because often times they were so painful she wanted to "rip 'em off."
"I do regret getting the implants," she admitted to Entertainment Tonight host Brooke Anderson in a Thursday report. "My new doctor was like, 'You should never have been allowed by the doctor to get implants this big... I put my security and sexuality in my breast size instead of my confidence."
She revealed some of the many medical problems that occurred as a result from having breasts that weighed three pounds each on her tiny frame.
"I have a ruptured disc in my neck, the nerves are pinching my spine, and then I'm having severe back problems with my muscles on my right shoulder," Montag explained. "And my spine is being pulled forward from the weight of my breasts."

She said although having large breasts looks great and "sounds fun," women should never underestimate the physical problems that come along with getting them.
"Once you get them, you've done damage to your skin, to your back, your muscles," she told ET. "Is that vanity worth harming yourself? For me, the answer is no."
She also allowed ET cameras into her surgery as the doctors performed the reduction. After she underwent the surgery she told ET that she felt really great.
"And I'm really relieved that that burden is literally lifted off my chest," she added.
