'Sleepy Hollow' Spoilers: Crane And Abbie Use A Necromancer To Interrogate Headless PHOTOS, 'Into Darkness' 'Creepy' Ending VIDEO
Sleepy Hollow's Ichabod Crane will finally have his chance to talk face-to-face, or rather face-to-neck, with the Headless Horseman during "Into Darkness."
Now that Crane (Tom Mison), Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie), and Captain Irving (Orlando Jones) have the Horseman incapacitated in their nifty little Masonic cell, everyone's favorite Revolutionary War solider wants to get some answers.
There one teeny tiny problem however, Headless can't talk. Never fear, however, the restlessly deceased Andy Brooks (John Cho) is wandering around Sleepy Hollow for just that purpose.
"Every dead person has what's called a necromancer which is someone who can speak for them, so Crane and Abbie use Brooks to speak for Headless," said executive producer Heather Kadin in a behind the scenes sneak peek. "Their conversation has a lot of twists and turns"
However, Headless has a wealth of insight into Crane after being bound by blood, and pitting the two in a battle of wits may not be the smartest play in the book. A new preview (see video below) for "Into Darkness" hints that Crane may crack under the pressure.
Meanwhile, something or someone appears to know the Horseman is in danger. As the episode draws to a close, something will be coming for out heroic trio.
"The ending is really creepy," Kadin hinted. "I think it's not what anyone is going to be expecting."
Sleepy Hollow airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Fox.
