Britney Spears Documentary 'I Am Britney Jean' 'Intimate Look' Into Personal Life, Prep For Two-Year Las Vegas Residency, Recording Music & More
Britney Spears will let fans into her personal life through a special TV documentary.
E! will debut the 90-minute segment entitled "I Am Britney Jean" this winter.
The network described it as "an intimate look at one of the most overexposed yet under-revealed stars of today as she faces one of her biggest challenges ever while finishing her album, shooting videos, doing press -- and being a mom."

The documentary will show Spears during the recording process of her eighth studio album Britney Jean and also as she preps for her two-year residency in Las Vegas.
The mother of two will also discuss her career and personal life in what the channel is calling "her most candid and revealing interviews ever."

Spears will release her new album on Dec. 3, one day after her 32nd birthday. She previously confessed that many songs on the new record were inspired by her breakup with fiancé Jason Trawick. The couple called off their 13-month engagement in January.
"I have been through a lot in the past few years and it has really inspired me to dig deeper and write songs that I think everyone can relate to," Spears wrote in a letter to her fans posted on her website. "Working with people like Sia, William Orbit, and of course Will.i.am has been an amazing experience. They have listened to all my ideas and helped me bring them to life."
I Am Britney Jean will air on Dec. 22 at 8 p.m. on E!.
