The Voice has narrowed its playing field down to the Top Eight, and contestants spent Monday night trying to convince voters that they should move on to the Top Six.

After making it through last week's Top 10 eliminations, the remaining performers are working hard to make sure they make it on to the next round. With the added help of iTunes sales bonuses, which multiplies an artist's vote by five when their single for that week enters the iTunes Top 10, and Instant Save, which allows voters to save one of the bottom three by tweeting their support, contestants have a lot to strive for.

Team Adam Levine is currently leading the way in terms of talent. With three hopefuls still in play, the Maroon 5 front man made a good selection early in the season. James Wolpert kicked off the evening with his rendition of Queen's Somebody to Love before Tessanne Chin took a stab at Gwen Stefani's Underneath It All and Will Champlin hit the high notes in Etta James' At Last.

Three-time Voice winner Blake Shelton is down to his last two contestants, Ray Boudreaux and Cole Vosbury. While Vosbury went for Vince Gill's I Still Believe in You, Boudreaux took on Gimme Some Lovin' by the Spencer Davis Group.

Also with two constants, Team Christina Aguilera is still boasting some major talent in the form of Matthew Schuler. The college student pulled out current radio favorite It's Time by Imagine Dragons while teammate Jacquie Lee went for The Miracles' Who's Lovin' You.

The only remaining performer on Team Cee Lo Green, Caroline Pennell sang Dog Days Are Over by Florence and the Machine.

The Voice will return with tonight's results this Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
