‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Patrick and Robin Finally Reunite! Is He Officially Finished With Sabrina? [VIDEO]
The reunion fans have been patiently waiting to see for months has finally happened on General Hospital, but it may not result in the happy ending many expected.
Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Robin (Kimberly McCullogh) officially reunited on the Dec. 2 episode, after Robin stepped into their daughter Emma's (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) line-of-sight during Patrick's wedding to Sabrina. As the officiant prepared to announce them husband and wife, Emma interrupted the proceedings and said "Mommy?" before running into the vestibule. As she hugged her daughter for the first time in over a year, Robin turned to find not only stunned wedding guests, but an equally surprised Patrick and Sabrina.
In a preview clip for the Dec. 3 episode, Patrick looks no less surprised when he speaks to Robin face-to-face for the first time since he thought she had died.
"I have finally made it home to you," she said in the preview clip while on the verge of tears.
Patrick however, was already crying.
Robin's reappearance does not necessarily mean she and Patrick will resume their marriage where they left things off. Patrick could react unfavorably to Robin for staying away for so long, even though she was being held in captivity. If that is the case, he could very well still wind up marrying Sabrina.
Robin's return could also still be premature. Jerry (Sebastian Roche) is in town and still appears to be seeking his cure. He is now regretting his decision to use Luke (Anthony Geary) as a guinea pig back on Cassadine Island, as he is now cured.
"Give it to me!" he screamed in the preview clip, as he appears to fight Luke until both men fall into the water.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
