However, while the news on the speedster is undoubtedly enticing, the TV series may be just be scratching the surface, as the latest sneak peek video indicated that loyalists may be graced with such antagonists as The Question and Red Hood.
"Born on a Monday ... Someone else survived the island. Amanda makes an offer. A better use for that clocktower. What is the question you should have asked? Ollie is not the first vigilante. Not all hoods are green. A blank expression. 'Archer,' 'Rise.'"
"Born on a Monday" most likely refers to the infamous DC villain, Solomon Grundy, who's already been given confirmation to appear in the living version of Cyrus Gold in the show's two-part midseason finale.
"The question you should have asked'"and 'a blank expression' are seemingly suggesting the future presence of the superhero The Question, whom executive producer Marc Guggenheim has already been a fan of ultimately including in Arrow.
