'Reign' Spoilers: Francis's Set To Sacrifice His Well Being In Order To Save Mary From Intruder? [SNEAK PEEk]
Although Francis (Toby Regbo) made the decision to completely cut off his relationship with Mary (Adelaide Kane) in The CW's Reign, it appears as though France's next King is ready to completely give up on her just yet.
E! Online recently posted an exclusive sneak peek at its upcoming installment, which is titled Left Behind, and it features Francis volunteering to be a hostage to an intruder of the castle so that he can protect the Queen of Scots, which doesn't exactly put Queen Catherine (Megan Follows) at ease.
"You want revenge, take it. Take me. Take me for ransom," Francis says. The gesture piques the interest of the Count.
Due to the potential predicament, Francis' half-brother Bash (Torrance Coombs) could be motivated to be the next in line to take the throne.
On Nov. 13, Coombs had spoken to the entertainment site about the possible opportunity that could lay ahead for his character.
"Circumstances change and suddenly there may be an opportunity for just that. It's interesting to see Bash really has to come to terms with does he really want that?"
