Britney Spears on 'The X Factor' The First Photo
The first picture of Britney Spears sitting at the judges table on "The X Factor" was released Thursday.
Spears sat next to Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato and L.A. Reid for auditions in Austin, Texas.
"Texas has a lot of talent - seriously! Loving The X Factor USA auditions so far... (at X Factor)," tweeted Spears.
Cowell was equally excited.
"One of the best audition days we have ever done at The X Factor USA," he tweeted Thursday.
The pop superstar is reportedly getting $15 million a year for the gig, which would make her one of the highest-paid TV reality show judges.
On Thursday, she addressed online reports that she walked off the audition after a singer offered a dissapointing rendition of her song "Hold it Against Me."
"#Britneywalksoff??? LOL was just taking a little break people. I am having the BEST time!!!" she said.
Spears and Lovato are replacing Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, who were both fired by Cowell after a disappointing first season in 2011.
Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, Avril Lavigne and Miley Cyrus were among other celebrities rumored to have been approached or in talks with Cowell about taking part in "X Factor."
