Bethenny Frankel Not Facing $55 Million Divorce from Jason Hoppy
Reality show star Bethenny Frankel is not getting divorced, as previous media reports suggested. Despite reports that Frankel and her husband Jason Hoppy will be facing an "imminent" divorce, which would involve $55 million dollars, the couple seem to be holding it together."
RadarOnline.com reported that the couple's divorce was "imminent" and that they even have a prenup prepared for the day. A source had told the site: "Bethenny wasn't going to get married without a prenup, to protect both herself and Jason. Bethenny has watched plenty of her friends over the years get divorced and has always vowed to never end up dependent on a man for financial stability or security. The prenup clearly outlines that ALL of Bethenny's business deals, endorsements, Skinnygirl, are hers, period."
A source told HollywoodLife.com that Frankel is Hoppy are just pretending to have marital troubles to attract more media attention to have their TV show rankings improve. The source said: "Bethenny knows better than anyone how to work the media. She's doing this for TV ratings for Bethenny Ever After. She and Jason go through problems like any couple, she's quite demanding - a total handful!" The source said the pair want to keep it together for the sake of their daughter.
Frankel, 41, was a contestant in the 2005 series of "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart" and featured in the Bravo reality show "Real Housewives of New York".
