'Girl Meets World' Spoilers: Pilot Episode To Reveal Special Message From Mr. Feeny? Ben Savage Shares 'Do Good, Dream, Try' Photo [VIDEO]
Girl Meets World actor Ben Savage shared a picture on Instagram of his classroom, revealing a special message from Boy Meets World's beloved teacher, Mr. Feeny.
In the back of the classroom on the wall read the words, "Dream, Try and Do Good." This is the last bit of advice Mr. Feeny (played by William Daniels) gave his core set of students , Cory Matthews (Savage), Topanga Lawrence (Danielle Fishel), Eric Matthews (Will Friedle) and Shawn Hunter (Rider Strong), on the series finale. The picture also shows Savage's on screen students who were smiling for the camera. Before that he posted a picture of an empty classroom.
Production for the show started last month and Savage took to his Instagram to reveal that they have filmed the fourth episode of the show.
Fishel also posted a cropped version of Feeny's message on her Instagram that simply showed the words "Do Good." She captioned the picture, "Dream. Try."
Writers for the show started a Twitter account Dec. 3 to keep fans updated with the show and give them a behind-the-scenes look at what they can expect.
Their first tweet appeared to give fans an idea of what the first scene will look like. A writer posted, "Fade in: Our thirteen year summer is over. Longest timeout ever."
It might have been referencing the 13 year gap considering Boy Meets World ended in 2000.
They also tweeted to reveal that a Boy Meets World star will be on the show and gave fans hints of who it could be.
"Shawn? Eric? Really? So fast? Don't you want to start at the other side of the school?"
Take a look at a few behind-the-scenes photos Fishel and Savage shared on their Instagram pages. Also check out the video of Mr. Feeny giving his unforgettable message below.
Girl Meets World is scheduled to debut on The Disney Channel in early 2014. A pilot date has not been released yet.
