While fans continue to wait it out for the return of CBS's hit sitcom, The Big Bang Theory, news on its upcoming episode, The Hesitation Ramification, continues infiltrate the web.
The Big Bang Theory Wiki reported that Penny (Kaley Cuoco) will be the one getting down on her knee to propose to Leonard (Johnny Galecki) while she's in an intoxicated state.
Penny's popping of the question will come after her role in the show NCIS ends up getting cut from TV. The aspiring yet struggling actress feels as though she's dropped the ball on a what appeared to be a big opportunity.

Although Leonard is present to cheer her up, Penny's proposal undoubtedly catches him off guard. Not surprisingly, Leonard's response, which is none at all, serves to get Penny even more upset. Sheldon (Jim Parsons) will query Leonard on whether it's the end of his relationship with her.
Speaking of Sheldon, he'll attempt to learn how to be humorous through his very own research. However, Amy (Mayim Bialik) won't be too impressed and grow bored with his mission to be funny.
