Tony Pieper, the single dad that left The Bachelorette on week 3 because he missed his son, is sharing some insider information about which of the guys have more chances with beauty Emily Maynard.

Pieper was ousted from the show after he had emotional outbursts because he missed his 5-year-old son.

Once he came out of the mansion, he is saying that Sean, the 28-year-old Insurance Agent from Dallas, Texas, is the perfect fit for Emily Maynard.

"Sean is a fantastic guy whose morals and values [align with Emily's] and they'd be a great couple," he told People Magazine in an interview.

Pieper is not the only one that has high hopes for Sean. Emily's friends also had a great first impression of him when they met him in person on the TV show.

Pieper's second bet is Dough, the 33-year-old single dad from Seattle.

"He's a big teddy bear father-type. We could relate and had a [dad] bond and were there for each other," he said.

Tonight on "The Bachelorette," Emily Maynard and eight of the remaining men will spend a day on the water at the Bermuda Yacht Club.

They will learn proper sailing techniques and will compete in races against one another.

The winning team will be rewarded with more time with Emily while the losing team goes back to the hotel.

The after party is expected to feature many surprises.
