'Dancing With the Stars' Season 18 Cast: Sarah Palin Discusses Potential to Compete on Future Edition? [VIDEO]
Controversial politician Sarah Palin discussed the idea of appearing on Dancing With the Stars in the future.
Though Palin's daughter Bristol placed third in Dancing With the Stars in 2010, fans of the former Vice Presidential candidate won't be seeing her on the show anytime soon.
"Oh, my gosh, that is something you don't want to [see]," she told Extra this week. "I'm no Mario Lopez and I'm no Bristol Palin, I'd be clomping around and falling down all over the dancefloor, man. I wouldn't make it past the judges [on] day one."
Other politically-minded celebrities like Tucker Carlson and Tom DeLay have participated on Dancing With the Stars in the past, but neither was particularly successful.
Despite rejecting the popular dancing-competition show, Palin said that she did has aspirations to host a talk show someday.
"That would probably would be a fun opportunity, as long as I got to pick the subject matter and got to talk to more inspiring people out there to help empower others," she said.
