ABC released photos from an upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy titled "You've Got To Hide Your Love Away," and they offer a little bit of insight of what fans can expect.

In one photo, Meredith and Cristina stand together and appear pensive at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Judging by a previously released trailer, the two will confront some issues with their friendship this season.
Meredith & Derek Break Up After A Shocking Secret Gets Revealed?
Yet, they won't be the only two having some problems. Another photo shows Alex and Jo getting into a heated argument. A mini clip also showed the two fighting over Alex's proposal, which Jo wasn't ready for.
Meredith and Derek will also deal with some issues after the phone call he received from the President of the United States to join him on a brain mapping project.
It seems, Meredith may expect him to turn it down. The upcoming episode's synopsis also reveals that she "feels betrayed when Derek goes back on a promise," hinting that he may accept the President's offer.
In one more new picture, all the doctors gather around as Owen Hunt makes an announcement and Derek flashes a smile.
