Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) and Amy Farrah-Fowler (Mayim Bialik) might be headed for a big breakup on The Big Bang Theory, despite recently sharing their first kiss.

Another promo for the next episode of The Big Bang Theory was recently released by CBS. The episode is being advertised as the potential breakup of Sheldon and Amy, as Enstars previously reported.

This promo features a new scene in which Sheldon says, "I've allowed that woman to alter my personality!" almost definitely referring to Amy. In response, Leonard (Johnny Galecki) quips that Sheldon never had much of a personality anyway.

Details on Potential Sheldon-Amy Breakup

Additionally, the promo includes a scene in which Sheldon seems to ask Amy to sign some sort of contract to end their relationship. Surprisingly, Amy seems relatively okay with the development.

Sheldon and Amy kissed for the first time during the most recent episode of The Big Bang Theory, a significant moment in their relationship. Based on the promos for the next episode, Sheldon begins to have second thoughts about Amy.

Sheldon was first introduced to Amy in the season 3 episode The Lunar Excitation, in which the two scientists were perfectly matched on an online dating site. The pair started dating officially in season 5 but have been very clinical and distant on a physical level, until this season's big kiss.

The Big Bang Theory season 7 airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on CBS. Watch the new promo for the next episode of The Big Bang Theory here:
