On the upcoming 100th episode of Glee, Sue (Jane Lynch) may finally get to do what she's always wanted since the series began.

The New Directions glee club will disband in the 100th episode as the series moves exclusively to its New York setting. Surprisingly, the development will not necessarily give Sue "great joy," as Lynch explained to TVLine recently.

This doesn't mean that the glee club members will give up without a fight. The kids, in addition to Holly Holiday (Gwyneth Paltrow) and April Rhodes (Kristin Chenoweth), will come up with a plan to keep the glee club alive, according to Lynch.

100th Episode Song-List Revealed

"We'll see the end of the glee club," Matthew Morrison (who plays Mr. Schuester) told TVLine. The actor spoiled that Holly and April's plan with the kids will ultimately fail.

Glee fans do not have to worry about the New Directions disbanding just yet. The 100th episode is set to air on Tuesday, March 18, and the next episode, appropriately titled New Directions, will air March 25.

Morrison also spoiled a big plot point coming up regarding Mr. Schue and his relationship with Emma (Jayma Mays). While Morrison did not necessarily confirm anything, the actor suggested that the couple will be having a baby. Adding more evidence to the possibility, there are new photos of the upcoming episode Trio in which Mr. Schue is painting a wall in his house, perhaps for a nursery.

Glee season 5 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
