Freddie Prinze Jr. is coming back to Bones in the next episode of season 9 as Booth (David Boreanaz) becomes embroiled in international relations.

Season 10 to End With Brennan & Booth Haunted by Ghosts of Victims?

Prinze is making his return as CIA Agent Danny Beck in the next episode of Bones, titled The Source in the Sludge. A CIA informant is found murdered, leading Booth and Beck to track down an Afghani terrorist.

Meanwhile, Brennan (Emily Deschanel) wishes to work with Booth "in the field" but this ultimately raises questions about their family and livelihood. See photos for the upcoming episode here.

In other Bones spoiler news, Cam (Tamara Taylor) will be meeting Arastoo's (Pej Vahdat) in an upcoming episode of the show. Bones is currently casting for a "traditional, possibly judgmental" mother and father, according to TVLine. The report notes that Arastoo's mother and father will be very eager to meet who they assume will be their future daughter-in-law in Cam.

Bones will begin airing in its new day and timeslot on Monday, March 10. The series was original in the Mondays at 8 p.m. timeslot for the 2013-2014 season but then switched to Fridays at 8 p.m. in late 2013. The series is now switching back to its old Mondays at 8 p.m. timeslot and will likely remain there for the remainder of the current TV season.

Bones season 9 returns on Monday, March 10 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
