The preview of episode 15, The Promise, of season 2 of Arrow -- Slade is back and he is out to get Oliver's blood -- was revealed by the CW on Feb. 27.

"His name is Slade Wilson, he is going to kill Oliver and his entire family," Black Canary (Katie Cassidy) warns in the clip.

Slade is seen wearing an eye patch and a beard, dressed in a dapper black suit he swiftly wields a sword, with his steely countenance. For one split-second we see Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Slade in confront each other, in combat.

"Oliver is shocked when he learns that Slade (Manu Bennett) has come to Starling City. Back on the island, as Oliver, Slade (Caity Lotz) prepare to take over the freighter from Ivo (guest star Dylan Neal), Sara pulls Oliver aside and tells him he needs to kill Ivo to prevent him from telling Slade what happened with Shado. Oliver feels immense guilt over the situation but realizes Slade's growing rage from the Mirakuru makes him unpredictable and he could turn on his friends if he thinks Oliver is to blame. Oliver agrees to kill Ivo and the battle begins."

In a recent interview, Amell also dished about another important highlight of The Promise, suggesting that the episode would also focus on Oliver and Laurel's relationship. After having recently watched episode 14 and 15 he called The Promise one of the best episodes in the series, pointing out a scene he and Katie Cassidy, who plays Laurel, share on screen. Amell said that the scene made him "incredibly proud" and that he was generally "blown away" by the episode.

The Promise will air on March 5 at 8 p.m. on CW.
