True Detective Spoilers: Episode 7 To Feature Cohle & Hart Murder Revelation?
Episode 7 of True Detective will feature an examination of Hart's private investigator operation as he gets back into the unsolved Dora Lange murder case. The episode may feature Hart going to "greater lengths" to try and solve the case now that he isn't bound to the police force, according to a new TV Guide report.
Additionally, episode 7 will delve into what Rust Cohle (Matthew McConaughey) has been doing from 2002-2012, according to the report, which will probably include how his appearance and attitude took a turn for the worse.

Fans will also get confirmation on whether or not Cohle went crazy and began murdering people like the Yellow King, as present-day detectives Papania (Tory Kittles) and Gilbough (Michael Potts) suspect.
HBO recently released a synopsis for the episode, which is titled After You've Gone. According to HBO, the episode features Hart and Cohle forging a truce after their fallout in 2002 in order to figure out the murder case once and for all. They notice that a "string of disappearances" in the present are tied to the symbols found in the Dora Lange murder as well as the shady Tuttle family.
There are only two episodes left of True Detective season 1, and while HBO has yet to confirm a season 2 renewal, one is expected by the show's producers.
True Detective airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on HBO.
