Captain Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) may be set up for failure when Once Upon a Time airs its midseason premiere Sunday.
Regina & Robin Hood To Finally Experience "True Love"?
Once Upon a Time co-creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz recently spoke with Hypable about the second half of season 3, revealing a few spoilers in the process. Viewers last saw Hook visiting Emma (Jennifer Morrison) in New York City to tell her that she and her family were in danger. However, this could end up being an elaborate trap.
"The message Hook got COULD be a trap, but that is a mystery we're spending an entire episode on," Horowitz said, when asked about the situation. Much of the season will be spent on trying to get Emma and Henry's (Jared Gilmore) memories back after Regina's (Lana Parrilla) curse prevented them from remembering anything from Storybrooke.

There will be many pirates appearing in the second half of season 3, as Hook's nemesis Blackbeard will make an appearance. Hook will have Henry by his side, according to Horowitz, who said that "Henry and Hook are quite the team."
Meanwhile, Emma will be busy with many things in her life, so she won't have time to worry about her romantic interests, Hook and Neal (Michael Raymond-James). Horowitz said that Emma's heart is "all over the place" in the new episodes.
Once Upon a Time season 3 returns for its midseason premiere on Sunday, March 9 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
