Brooke Burke-Charvet still doesn't know why she was fired from Dancing With the Stars only a few weeks ahead of season 18.
Tom Bergeron Reveals Which Cast Member He's Rooting For In Season 18?
Burke-Charvet suggested to E! News in a Friday report that she still feels blindsided after being fired from her DWTS co-host duties.
"Well, I found out on a Friday, just like you guys found out on a Friday, and I think I don't quite understand it, like a lot of people," she admitted. "I'm a little sad to see Harold Wheeler and the band go, that was the soul of the show. A lot of changes, but for me I think, in the bigger picture, it's a really good thing."

Burke-Charvet had shared co-host duties with Tom Bergeron since season 10, and the model/actress actually won the show as a celebrity participant in season 7, in which she was paired with Derek Hough.
In Burke-Charvet's place, ABC has hired Fox Sports reporter Erin Andrews, who came in third place with pro partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy in the tenth season of Dancing With the Stars.
Enstars previously reported that Andrews was allegedly being brought on to attract more of a "young, male following," a demographic that has not particularly been interested in the show since its start in 2005.
Dancing With the Stars season 18 premieres with its first two-hour episode Monday, March 17 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
