"They have a nice scene in the Traveler camp in the next episode," Wesley told Zap2It about Thursday's segment. "They have nice, mini, friendly/romantic moment. It's more friendly than anything else. But personally, yeah, I would love that to turn into something romantic."

During the episode, there will also be problems with Stefan's doppelganger, an EMT living in Atlanta. Enzo and Caroline have plans to kill him but Wesley didn't reveal if they actually go through with the murder.

Wesley also dished on a new character coming to the show named Markos, who is the leader of the bohemian witches. Markos will be played by actor Raffi Barsoumian.

"The Travelers have an agenda and he's putting on this innocuous act. And actually, the first time Markos speaks is in my episode," he said. "He's quite a good actor. I like him."

E! Online previously described the recurring character as "a charismatic but imposing leader from a faraway land. He's super dark, but people can't help but be drawn to him and he's worshipped by his followers."
