There will be a lot of big developments with relationships in the highly anticipated second season of Orange is the New Black, particularly for Piper (Taylor Schilling) and Larry (Jason Biggs).

"Crazy Eyes" Getting Out Of Prison In Season 2?

The cast of Orange is the New Black recently convened at the Paley Center to discuss the impact of the show and to tease what was ahead in season 2. Biggs said that much of season 2 will feature Larry and Piper trying to figure out the status of their fractured relationship.

"When we left Larry and Piper in Season 1, their relationship was precarious at best," Biggs said. "For Larry, Season 2 is pretty much spent trying to figure out if the damage that was done to the relationship was irreparable, or if there's something that they can mend there. They really love each other. I really believe that."

"Beautiful" Episode Ahead For Gloria The Cook?

The panel also revealed that there could eventually be a scene explaining exactly what Red (Kate Mulgrew) did to land herself in prison. Orange is the New Black creator Jenji Kohan revealed that she wrote a scene explaining Red's crime but wound up throwing it away.

"Does it have something to do with my deep-freeze?" Mulgrew asked in response.

"Not specifically," Kohan replied.

Mulgrew also noted that not knowing what her character did has been okay with her. The actress said that it works for her, though she didn't know why.

Orange is the New Black season 2 premieres in full on Friday, June 6 on Netflix.
