'The Young And The Restless' Spoilers: Billy And Kelly Meet After Victoria Asks For Separation? [VIDEO]
Billy deals with his feelings after signing the separation papers from Victoria on the next episode of The Young and the Restless and it's clear he's losing hope.

Right after he signed the papers, Billy sees Kelly at the park and he fills her in. Kelly tells him that she still believes there's still a chance for Billy and Vikki to fix things. Yet, he disagrees and feels it's really over.
He also tells Kelly how horrible things have been for them since that night and she begins to cry (again) on the park bench. Kelly says it's time she moves on from it all.

At that moment, Victoria appears and she sees Billy hand Kelly a handkerchief. Kelly then tells Billy she has to head back to work and kisses him on the cheek before she departs.
Later, Billy sees Dylan at Crimson Lights and informs him about the separation as well. He also adds that he saw Kelly crying at the park.
Dylan commends Billy for giving Victoria the space she asked for. Yet, Billy has one other thing on his mind. He tells Dylan to make sure Stitch stays out of Victoria's way. After Dylan reminds Billy that Victoria was actually the one who came on to Stitch, he wishes him luck with his relationship.
