'The Voice' Season 6: Adam Levine Goes Platinum, Christina Grimmie, Sisaundra Lewis, Kat Perkins, Delvin Choice Rip Stage? [VIDEOS]
The biggest moment of The Voice Top 8 performance show was Adam Levine's new hair. Before we even discuss the remaining contestants on The Voice we need to address this newly minted blonde-bombshell. Adam is giving Marilyn Monroe and Gwen Stefani a run for their money. Even Blake Shelton said he "looks like Meg Ryan."
There's No Doubt, Gwen Stefani's In As Judge
Let's start with our leading contender, Christina Grimmie, who followed last week's Hold On We're Going Home by Drake, with another re-interpreted rap star's song, Lil' Wayne's How To Love. Once again she proved that she can make any genre her own. The audience could not stop cheering. Shelton said, "You look and sound like a superstar up there."
Delvin Choice made the crowd feel like they could fly with R. Kelly's classic hit I Believe I Can Fly. He hit that gospel / soul / inspiration fusion right on the head. As white clouds floated beneath his feet, Shelton said, "That was as good as it gets on this show." Choice was in tears.

Meanwhile, Sisaundra Lewis came out like a roaring lion with Tina Turner's River Deep, Mountain High. Her usual prowess was touched with sweet sentimentality, as it was the first time her church-going mother, 76, saw her daughter perform on stage. Lewis mouthed, "I love you mom" as she wiped away tears.
"You're a pro and if you ever open the school of Sisaundra Lewis, I'm sure the four of us would enroll so you could show us how it was done," Shakira lauded.
Josh Kaufman did a stylish rendition of Bonnie Raitt's I Can't Make You Love Me. Audra McLaughlin, Kristen Merlin and Jake Worthington all went with their country roots. But Worthington went "redneck" country with Hillbilly Deluxe.
Kat Perkins started a metal rock fest with Daft Punk's Get Lucky. She did some serious head banging which had her Coach Usher raving.
"Bottom three my a--," said her proud coach, Levine, noting Perkins's Instant-Save from last week. "I'm on fire," he said.
