"I begged. After I saw the first two episodes, I'm like 'Who do I call?' Let me get knifed in a shower -- someone give me a part on this."
While O'Donnell's possible status on the show is still in question, actress Yael Stone, who plays Lorna, revealed some things that would definitely be happening in the new season.
Stone said that there would be continued conflict between the various races represented in the prison.
"A lot of the conflict comes from acknowledging that those divides exist, throwing them up against each other and seeing what happens," she said, adding that this even divides up the cast in a similar way. "It's interesting, you find yourself separated into racial groups because that's when you're shooting - you're doing it with all the other white girls! But we know each other really well and spend a lot of time together backstage and at events."
Orange is the New Black Season 2 premieres all 13 episodes on Friday, June 6 through Netflix Instant.
