Teen Mom 2 Star Kail Lowry Tweets Oversized Tattoo On Her Back (PHOTO)
"Teen Mom 2" cast member Kaiynl Lowry revealed the final results of a large back tattoo on her Twitter account.
Along with a photo of the finished design she wrote the caption: "Session 7! We're getting close! #inked".
The tattoo features a landscape of trees, mountains, hibiscus flowers and a bird with the quote on her upper back that reads: "To the world you are one person but to one person you are the world."
The 20-year-old reality star had been working on the giant tattoo for some time. In March she tweeted the first phase of the design with the caption, "back piece session 1," indicating that the design was part of a larger tattoo she had in mind. Kailyn has said that she hoped to create a "paradise" scene on her back.
Last month the reality star tweeted a photo of herself going through the painful process of getting one of her first tattoos removed, the statement that read "Pride Over Pity", which is also the name of her upcoming book.
Kailyn told Celebrity Radar: "I love the meaning behind it, being that I'm titling my book Pride Over Pity but that tattoo was impulse and I don't like the positioning of it. Also, there are other people who have since gotten the tattoo which caused it to have less meaning to me."
"I love tattoos, but I've learned that getting a tattoo based off of an impulse is not a smart idea," Kail said. "While I am in the process of adding more tattoos, they are carefully thought out, and I am sure I do want them."
Lowry is the single mother of 2-year-old Issac and has been a part of MTV's "16 & Pregnant" and "Teen Mom 2" since learning of her pregnancy two years ago, according to Christianpost.com. The MTV shows followed the star move to several different homes due to her mother's drug addiction and her father not being around.
Lowry has used her influence to educate young girls about birth control and drug addiction, according to the article. She has appeared on MTV specials with Dr. Drew Pinsky and the other "Teen Mom" stars and graduated from high school.
Kailyn Lowry is considered a body image role model to her fans. Lowry recently stripped down for an ad campaign with the words "Beauty Is Sizeless" written across her midsection. You can view the photo here.
