Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller is facing a lawsuit that might not only hurt her career, but her popular reality television show as well.

Is Abby Lee Miller Not Returning To Dance Moms Season 5?

The popular reality television star is facing a $5 million dollar lawsuit after fellow dance mom Kelly Hyland accused her of lunging at her, "gnashing her teeth loudly," and attempting to bite her face during a dance rehearsal late last year.

Footage of the heated argument shows both Miller and Hyland getting into an altercation over two new team members who Hyland thinks will take her daughter's places on the team.

"Obviously she wants someone who has never danced here take both of my kids place," Hyland says in the tape. "You sit here and say that my daughter looks miserable, so maybe we should put Kalani in her place."

"No, I never said that," Miller replies, as Hyland responds with: "You, you most certainly did."

Miller then proceeds with, "No I didn't dingbat, listen!" and as she approaches Hyland, the dance mom yells, "Get your finger out of my face. You are eating my face!"

In the court documents that have been filed by Hyland, she says she acted in self defense after she slapped Miller and that she had to pull her head away to avoid being bitten. She also describes Miller as a "very large woman" who is "300 pounds or so."

The first half of Season 4 of Dance Moms ended in April and so far there has been no indication from the Lifetime Network if the popular series will be returning for a fifth season.
