It looks like a mini-scandal is brewing among both old and current co-stars of ABC's hit drama, Scandal. Columbus Short may still be furious with the show's star Kerry Washington and the rest of the cast for not "having his back" after he was fired from the show.

Short was let go for apparently getting physical with a man at a restaurant and threatening to kill his wife. The show's creator, Shonda Rhimes, allegedly told Short to "get his act together" or face losing his job.

When TMZ asked Short if any of his co-workers had his back after he got fired, he replied with, "No. They fired me by sending me a snap chat message. It was fast and it came quick. I almost missed the message because it came so quick."

Short also revealed that he wouldn't be interested in rejoining the cast if he was asked to and that he would rather pursue other projects, along with his stand-up comedy act.

Meanwhile, Kerry Washington has stayed mum over Short's dismissal from the show; she has been busy at home tending to her baby daughter Isabella, who she gave birth to last month. Washington is due back on the show after her maternity leave.

Scandal will return in a new 9 p.m. EST/PST slot time this fall on ABC along with How To Get Away with Murder and Grey's Anatomy Season 11, according to the network.
