It looks like there is a lot to look forward to for the upcoming season of the breezy legal drama Suits and according to the series creator, there's more than meets the eye when it comes to the friction between the show's two main characters, Harvey and Mike.

Mike Snitches On Harvey In The Season Finale Of Suits?

The season premiere of the show started off with a clash of the titans with Harvey and Mike on opposite sides of the table that is going to affect their relationship in more ways than one. According to the show's creator Aaron Korsh, their story line might end up being very unpredictable this season.

"If Harvey and Mike were on opposite sides of a takeover battle with a guy who has a different vision for this company than Mike does and a different strategy of winning than Mike does, that would be cause for conflict enough," Korsh says. "If on top of it, that guy used to have sex with Rachel and is working closely with Rachel - obviously that is gonna cause a lot more sparks, as we're gonna take advantage of those sparks."

And while fans are used to despising characters on the show with a passion, the show's writers are also giving fans a reason to empathize with him this season. According to Korsh, no matter how likable they try to make Harvey, he is still going to end up being the "bad guy" viewers love to hate.

"I've often had to reiterate, I think to myself as much as to the writing staff, that no matter how nice we show this guy to be, people are gonna hate him," Korsh added. "So that was part of the reason why the first scene where we meet Logan with Harvey, I wanted him to bond with Harvey - because at that moment when he's coming in, we don't know that he's gonna be Mike's enemy and we don't know that he used to sleep with Rachel."

Season 4 of Suits airs every Wednesday at 9:00 pm EST/PST on the USA Network.
