Kim Kardashian and Kanye West make and appearance together on the reality show--"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" in an upcoming episode.

An exclusive teaser of Monday night's episode was released by US Weekly. The short clip shows the power couple's first public moments together back in April. The Kardashians were headed to Scott Disick's Japanese restaurant opening--Ryu. "Hi, babe! I'm so excited you're coming tonight!" Kim declares as she adds the final touches to her outfit for the event in the teaser.

West approves of her outfit but remains quiet for most of the clip. He embraces Kendall and Kylie Jenner, the Kardashian's younger sisters, as they come in and say hello.

"I am so happy Kanye is coming with me to Scott's restaurant opening," Kim says in the clip. "And I don't want to make a big fuss about it. We're just hanging out - that's it."

Maybe the couple was "just hanging out" back in April, but for the past several months the new couple have been all arond the world attending high profile events. Just recently, Kardashian and West were seated in the front row at numerous shows at Paris Fashion Week.

In a revealing interview on Oprah's Next Chapter, Kim opened up about her very public relationship to the music artist.

"We met maybe almost a decade ago. I've known him for a really long time. We've been friends for, like, six or seven years, so it's very comforting to have someone that knows everything about you that respects you, understands, has gone through similar things," Kim confessed to Oprah.

"I can really relate to his mother passing, he can really relate to my father passing. I mean, there's so many similarities in our life that I feel like I'm at a really happy, good space," she continued.

Kardashian is featured on the cover of InStyle UK for August 2012. In her interview, she also dishes on her relationship with Kanye West.

"We know what we are to each other. We've had a deep friendship for so long and that's the start of a really good relationship."
