'American Horror Story' Season 4 Spoilers: 'The Hunger Games' Actor Set To Play Tormentor Of Kathy Bates' Character [VIDEO]
American Horror Story has cast one of the stars of American Beauty to be in the upcoming season of the horror anthology series.
Wes Bentley, who played Ricky Fitts in American Beauty and more recently Seneca Crane in The Hunger Games, is joining American Horror Story: Freak Show for a multi-episode arc, according to a new report by TVLine.
Bentley will be playing Eddie, a "tormentor" from Kathy Bates' character's past who is seeking revenge. The actor will be appearing in the two-part Halloween episode, which is reportedly set to air on Oct. 21 and 28.
Much of the details surrounding Freak Show announced so far seem to center around Bates' character. While there are still no details on who exactly she will be playing, she will be one of the "freaks" in Jessica Lange's character's freak show.
The Shield star Michael Chiklis is set to co-star as Bates' character's ex-husband who is now married to Angela Bassett's character.
Other freaks in Lange's character's freak show include a two-headed character named Bette and Dot played by Sarah Paulson and other unannounced "freaks" played by Bassett and AHS regulars Evan Peters and Frances Conroy.
Emma Roberts, Gabourey Sidibe and Jamie Brewer, who all played young witches in American Horror Story: Coven, are set to appear in Freak Show as well, but there are no details on any of their characters yet.
American Horror Story: Freak Show premieres in October on FX, though the network has not yet announced a specific air date for the series.
