'Orange is the New Black' Season 3 Premiere: 'Karma' Could Be Coming For Fig In New Episodes, Possibly Imprisoned [VIDEO]
One of Orange is the New Black's most villainous characters could be paying her dues in the third season of the Netflix series - if the actress playing her gets her way.
Orange is the New Black Brook Soso Actress Wants Character To Just 'Have a Friend' in Season 3
Alysia Reiner, who plays executive assistant to the warden Natalie "Fig" Figueroa on Orange is the New Black, recently spoke with Vulture about her character by the end of Season 2 into Season 3. Fig resigned from her post as executive assistant in the Season 2 finale after being caught covering up several of the prison's problems.
"Today a fan stopped me and said, 'She's so mad, but she's so sad.' I said, 'Yeah, she's so mad because she's so sad.'" Reiner revealed. "I really do believe when you're in a ton of pain, you tend to take it out on other people. If you deal with your stuff, you don't take it out on everybody else. Girlfriend has not dealt with her stuff."

Reiner admitted that she would love to see Fig imprisoned for her embezzling money, which would be a big role reversal for the character.
"I would love to see her in orange!" she said. "I'm a karmic girl, I believe in karma. I would love it. I think it would be a fascinating character study. Anyone campaigning for that, I would be like, 'Yes!'"
Orange is the New Black Season 3 does not have a specific Netflix release date yet, but it will likely be returning in Summer 2015. Seasons 1 and 2 are currently available for streaming on the site.
