'Orange is the New Black' Season 3 Premiere: Matt McGorry Reveals If He Will Still Be 'Present' As Bennett In New Episodes [VIDEO]
Orange is the New Black actor Matt McGorry spoke with the press at the TCA Press Tour Tuesday that he will still be featured on the series through Season 3 and potentially beyond.

McGorry, who plays prison guard John Bennett on the Netflix prison series, is also set to star in the new ABC drama How to Get Away With Murder this fall, but the actor said he would able to do both.
"Generally speaking, I get to be present in both shows, which is sort of amazing," he said. "I am allowed to do both, which is incredible and I think ABC giving me permission to do that is really quite wonderful...It's too early to tell how it's going to work, but same way as [OITNB co-star] Pablo Schreiber in season two, you can shoot things out of order. Thankfully, I get to do both."
Red's Journey In Orange is the New Black Season 3 Will Be 'Utterly Unpredictable'
Much like the first season, Season 2 of Orange is the New Black mainly featured Bennett trying to keep his secret safe regarding him impregnating Daya (Dascha Polanco), a prisoner/his sometimes lover.
With tough love from Daya, Bennett finally revealed his secret to Caputo (Nick Sandow), who was promoted to being assistant to the warden after Fig (Alysia Reiner) resigned. Luckily for Bennett, Caputo made it clear that he was hoping to start his new job without too many scandals and agreed to sweep it under the rug.
It remains to be seen where Bennett and Daya's story will go in Season 3.
Orange is the New Black is currently in production for its third season, which has an expected release date of Summer 2015.
