‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Sami And E.J. Have A Major Relationship Breakthrough & Abigail Finds A Way To Repair Things With Ben [PHOTOS]
Things may finally begin steaming up for some couples on Days of Our Lives who have had some drastic cooling off periods.
Sami (Allison Sweeney) and E.J. (James Scott) have had a tumultuous relationship for years, but these last few months have proven to be their biggest test yet, as Sami engaged in a huge revenge plan against him for his affair with Abigail (Kate Mansi). Despite constant attacks by his wife, E.J. has steadfastly remained by her side, promising he would wear her down and get her to fall back in love with him again.
Now, after Will's (Guy Wilson) scathing article about the whole situation was published, Sami has begun to thaw a bit, and catching her at a moment where she is conflicted about the lie Kate (Lauren Koslow) told to keep Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) away, E.J. will finally be able to break through his wife's defenses-and they will grow closer again, potentially putting their relationship back on track.
Ben Learns About Abigail's Affair With E.J.
Meanwhile, Abigail hasn't had an easy time either since Sami made her knowledge of the affair known. Her life has been turned upside down as well, with her family and boyfriend, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) learning the truth about her-as well as the rest of the town thanks to Will's article. She also lost her job at the hospital because E.J. was a board member there-and a relationship with him had broken the rules.
However, her relationship with Ben has gone through a rough patch, after she stopped things from going further between them because of flashbacks she had about being with E.J.-and as a result, their relationship has gone completely cold. But now, after too much silence from him, Abigail will take drastic measures-by locking them both in the storeroom of the club again-so she can convince him that she cares.
Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
