‘Party Down South’ Season 3 News: Original Cast Set To Answer Fan Questions Before ‘Drunksgiving,’ Find Out How You Can Talk To Mattie, Daddy & The Rest Of The Cast [PHOTO]
Fans have expressed some dissatisfaction with the decision to have a Party Down South 2, and CMT may be trying to appease them by giving them more direct access to the stars of the original show.
Has Lil' Bit Decided On A Name For Her Baby?
According to the show's Facebook page, fans can now ask Mattie, Tiffany, Lauren, Murray, Daddy, Lyle and Walt any questions they want answered ahead of the group's Thanksgiving special, Drunksgiving-and the cast will answer them in a special video they'll put together beforehand.
Fans have responded to the callout and are asking tons of questions of the cast as a result-with several wondering about the group's status with their former cast member, Taylor 'Lil Bit' Wright, and the fact that she's pregnant.
Learn More About Lil' Bit's Replacement
"How do they all feel about Lil Bit becoming a mommy and is there any chance daddy is the father?" one fan asked.
"Has there been any contact at all with lil bit?" another wrote.
And while most of the questions have had to do with her, and whether or not the remaining original cast members are keen on the idea of a new group also joining their party, several have asked other questions-that hopefully, the cast will gladly answer in their planned video.
"Who hangs out the most outside the show? And is Walt single?" one asked.
"What is a favorite family holiday tradition?" another wondered.
"Tell me you'll be stuffing the turkey with a can of beer? Drunk turkey whooo!" another wrote.
One fan even wondered about the newest cast member (whose identity has not been revealed) who is supposed to be replacing Lil' Bit, asking if they were feeling pressure following in her footsteps.
"The person replacing lil bit. Do you feel pressure to live up to that reputation?" they asked.
It is unclear when the video will be made available to fans.
Drunksgiving airs Thurs. Nov. 20 at 8 p.m. on CMT, followed by the premiere of Party Down South 2 at 9 p.m. A Christmas special is scheduled to air Dec. 18, and the original cast's third season will premiere in February.
