'Perception' Canceled: Eric McCormack Says Show Should Have Continued While Fans Express Angry On Twitter
After cancelling Franklin & Bash earlier this week, TNT announced it also won’t renew Perception for a fourth season.

The show which premiered in 2012 stars Eric McCormack as Dr. Daniel Pierce, a schizophrenic neuropsychiatrist helping the FBI solve complicated cases in Chicago. The cast also includes Kelly Rowan, Scott Wolf, Levar Burton and Rachel Leigh Cook.
“A sad day: Daniel Pierce will lecture no more. Thank you #Perception fans, and our great crew, for 3 amazing seasons. Shoulda been more...” McCormack tweeted Thursday.
Here Comes Honey Boo Boo Canceled
Perception’s third season has been averaging 2.7 million total viewers, a decrease from the previous seasons. The first season brought in 4.2 million viewers while season two averaged 3 million.
The final episode of Perception will air on Feb. 17, 2015.
Many fans appear just as said as McCormack as they took to Twitter to express their anger over TNT's decision.
